中国首届手机电影年度盛典（即中国首届手机电影节），于2006年10月15日在古城西安隆重举办，此届主题为“融合·探索”的手机电影年度盛典，由中博传媒创意发起，经过长时间的探索、策划和包装，最终由中共西安市委宣传部、西安高新技术开发区管委会、西安产灞生态区管理委员会、中博传媒共同联合主办的一次举国关注的盛会。
中国首届手机电影年度盛典采用了新手段、新形式、新载体，集中宣传和展示了西安“新兴、现代、时尚、绿色“的城市形象，拍摄以《西安故事》为题的新媒体手机电影，进一步扩大了西安国际化、现代化城市形象的对外影响力。
中国首届手机电影年度盛典主要分为：手机电影产业高峰论坛（即：讨论研究3G娱乐产业的发展）和新媒体手机电影颁奖晚会二大环节。
作为一个文化品牌，中国首届手机电影年度盛典在西安的成功举办，带动了西安市创意文化产业的发展，促进了西安文化产业与IT行业，通讯产业的结合，产生了巨大的联动效应。电影节共收到来自全国各地及港澳台、韩国、澳大利亚、加拿大等国家和地区的近1000部参赛作品，引起了巨大的社会反响。
The First China Mobile Film Festival in 2006
The First China Mobile Film Festival(CMFF) was held in Xi’an, a famous historic city in China, on October 15, 2006. With “Integration·Exploration” as the theme, the first CMFF was launched by Zonbo Media. Xi’an Publicity Bureau of the Communist Party of China, Management Committee of Xi’an High-tech Development District, Management Committee of Xi’an Chanba Ecology District, and Zonbo Media co-organized the first CMFF, a big event that drew attention of the whole nation.
The first CMFF fully used new means, new forms, and new media. It fully showed and publicized the new image of Xi’an such as“emerging, modern, fashion, and environment-friendly”. Zonbo Media also produced “Xi’an Story”, a new media film, which helped to make Xi’an more international and modern.
The first CMFF consists of three parts, namely Entry Ceremony into Xi’an City Wall Door, mobile phone film industry forum(namely forum of the development of 3G entertainment industry), and CMFF award party.
As a cultural brand, the first CMFF promotes the development of culture industry in Xi’an and helps the cooperation between Xi’an culture industry and IT/communication industry.








2007第二届手机电影年度盛典于2007年12月7日在成都隆重举办。此届以“集结·蓝色·潮流汇聚”为主题的手机电影盛宴。由成都市政府主办，中博传媒与成都传媒集团承办。本届手机电影节汇聚了政府及文化产业、国内外众多媒体、、传媒业、IT业、手机制造业等相关人士纷纷到场参与这一国际性有关新媒体发展及手机电影产业与探讨的重要盛事。
与先前第一届手机电影年度盛典有所不同，在本届手机电影节上，由我国著名艺术家米丘为电影节创意设计了名为“母体”的电影节主题雕塑及互动体验装置，成为电影节上一大亮点。本届手机电影节评委会主席邀请韩国著名导演金性洙担任；并首次创立了“手机电影新媒体学院奖”。在此，制定了手机电影的专业化评选标准。
同时，结合本届手机电影节主题，举办了手机电影高峰产业论坛，就新媒体、3G技术服务运营与手机电影的制作展开了具有深远意义的新一轮新媒体高峰产业研讨。在最后的手机电影颁奖晚宴中，众多港台歌星及国内著名影星、电影界人事，如：著名导演尤小刚；摇滚教父崔健；影星彭丹、任泉、胡东；歌手爱戴、吴佩慈、黑楠、厉娜、王栎鑫等明星，均纷纷到场助阵、登台献艺。并颁发了本年度手机电影各项大奖。为本届手机电影年度盛引领时尚潮流，汇聚国内外关注力量。同时为成都的城市形象宣传产生了巨大的联动效应，为成都打造出一张崭新的城市名片。
The 2nd China Mobile Film Festival(“CMFF”) in 2007
The 2nd China Mobile Film Festival(Shortened as “CMFF”) was held on December 7, 2007 in Chengdu. With “Integration, Blue, and Trend” as the theme, the 2nd CMFF was organized by Zonbo Media and Chengdu Media Group. People from various fields such as filmmaking, media, government, culture, IT industry, and mobile phone manufacturing industry attend the international event, which focuses on the development and trend of new media industry and mobile phone film making industry.
The 2nd CMFF invited famous sculpture artist Mi Qiu to design the theme sculpture “matrix”, which became another eye-catching point of the event. It is just like the mobile phone media, which is the source of all new ideas and civilizations. The 2nd CMFF invited Sung-su Kim, famous Korean director, to be the president of the jury. The 2nd CMFF also launched “The Streaming Media Academy Award”, which made professional standard of mobile phone film. The founder of “the Streaming Media Academy Award” is Wang Honghai, vice Dean of Beijing Film Academy.
Meanwhile, the 2nd CMFF also held mobile phone film industry forum, which focused on new media, 3G technology service operation, and mobile phone film making. And the awarding ceremony attracted many Hong Kong and domestic stars and filmmakers, like Hong Kong director Fruit Chen, domestic director You Xiaogang, Korean director Sung-su Kim, Taiwan artist Wu Peici and Chen Yirong, Chinese rock musician Cui Jian, Chinese singer Ai Dai and Li Na, just to name a few. Those artists made performance on the stage and presented award to the winners.
