随着文化体制改革的深化，中国杂技团将转型为文化企业，为了推进北京文化创意产业的发展，中国杂技团与北京朝阳公园达成协议，在朝阳公园建设一个高水平的篷式杂技、马戏表演场，并配套打造一台能够代表中国杂技最高水平、具有良好艺术观赏性的杂技晚会，吸引海内外观众前来观看，为北京2008年奥运会的文化演出活动提供一台具有典型意义的杂技晚会。
为了使该晚会达到预期的效果，保证表演场地的各项设施建设满足演出的技术要求，中国杂技团现向国内外艺术机构和独立创作人征集晚会的节目创意和方案，邀请有远见和实力的机构和个人提供创意方案，参与晚会的制作。创意一经采用，中国杂技团将与提供创意的单位和个人合作制作晚会，合作方式由双方协商确定。
提供晚会方案的单位和个人可对表演场的建设提出要求。
中国杂技团可为晚会的创作提供强大的节目支持。杂技团在国际马戏顶级赛场上频获金牌，拥有一大批技术高超、表演精湛的杂技演员。杂技团开办的北京市国际艺术学校，可源源不断地培养艺术人才。转制后的中国杂技团因有民营企业中国银泰集团的加盟，将是一个具有超强经济实力的文化实体，必将成为首都文化舞台上的一支非常活跃的力量。

Any Sparkling Ideas Are Welcome for the New Show of China National Acrobatic Troupe
To keep up with the pace of the reformation of cultural reform in China, China National Acrobatic Troupe will swift from a state-owned troupe into a cultural enterprise. And to push the development of Beijing cultural creative industry into a high level, China National Acrobatic Troupe and Beijing Chaoyang Park conclude into an agreement to set up a fascinating standard tent for both acrobatic and circus performance in Chaoyang Park. Meanwhile, they will dedicate to produce a whole new acrobatic show representing the top standard and high artistic values to the audience both in the country and from overseas, which will set up the most impressive high-standard program among the whole of performing activities to celebrate the Olympics in Beijing in 2008.
To achieve the anticipating effect and to be assure of the performing tent as well as all the facilities suitable for the performance, China National Acrobatic Troupe would like to adopt any sparkling ideas for the new show from any cultural institutions or individual in the country or from overseas. Our troupe would invite you to join and cooperate with us on the production of a new show. Once your idea is adopted, we will work together to produce the new shows upon negotiations.
The institution or individual who provides the originality of the new show has the right to give suggestions to the building up of the performance tent.
