　　冯英(芭蕾创意工作坊艺术总监、制作人)

　　中央芭蕾舞团团长、艺术总监。中国舞蹈家协会副主席。全国政协委员、全国文化系统四个一批人才、国家一级演员、芭蕾大师。

　　1979年毕业于北京舞蹈学院，1980年进入中央芭蕾舞团任主要演员。1982年被派往法国巴黎歌剧院进修。留法期间，曾受莫里斯•贝嘉、侯塞拉•海德华等名师指点。特别是1985年主演著名的芭蕾大师鲁道夫•努里耶夫编导的《堂•吉诃德》至今受益匪浅。自进入中芭以来，主演了剧团所有中外芭蕾舞剧及一些代表性精品。1985年第一届全国舞蹈比赛获女子独舞一等奖。1987年第二届全国舞蹈比赛获双人舞一等奖。

　　1996年起，担任教员、总排练者和芭蕾大师，培养了朱妍、张剑、王启敏、曹舒慈、管文婷等一批在国际大赛获奖的优秀演员。2004年8月被文化部任命为剧团副团长。2007年获中央国家机关优秀女领导干部；2007年获“全国中青年德艺双馨文艺工作者”荣誉称号；2008年获中国公益事业形象大使。2009年2月被文化部任命为中芭团长。2010年4月，冯英团长为培养芭蕾年轻编导，为中芭的舞蹈发展的创新之路奠定基础、储备人才，启动了《芭蕾创意工作坊》(Workshop)项目，得到了舞蹈界的广泛认可和好评。

　　Feng Ying (Artistic Director and Producer of Ballet Workshop)

　　Mme. Feng Ying, the director and artistic director of the National Ballet of China and vice chairman of Chinese Dancers Association, graduated from the Beijing Dance Academy in 1979 and joined the National Ballet of China the next year. In 1982, she was sent to France to study at the Opera National de Paris for one year, during which she studied with Ballet Masters like Maurice Bejart, Rossela Hightower and others. Her repertoire included various ballets of the National Ballet of China including full-length classical ballet Swan Lake, Don Quixote (worked with Rudolf Nureyev in 1985)， Giselle, Sylvia, The Sleeping Beauty and Romeo and Juliet; Chinese contemporary ballets like The Red Detachment of Women, The Maid of the Sea, Lin Daiyu and other ballet works including Serenade, Pas de Quatre, Heliotrope, The Dying Swan, Concerto, Four Romantic Pieces and The Yellow River. She won first prize at the First National Dance Competition (solo) in 1985 and Second National Dance Competition (pas de deux) in 1987.

　　Since leaving the stage in 1997, she began to concentrate on training the new generation of dancers. In August 2002, she was on the jury of the Asian and Pacific International Ballet Competition held in Japan. She was also invited as a jurist for the Sixth National Dance Competition in May 2004. In 1999, working with other young choreographers, she created a Chinese version of Nutcracker. She also had major involvement with the company's productions of Études, Fountain of Tears, Sylvia, Carmen, Le Jeune Homme et la Mort and L'Arlesienne etc. since 2001.

　　In Feb. 2009, she was appointed as the Director and Artistic Director of the NBC. In April, 2010, in order to bring up more young ballet choreographers, and to lay the foundation for future development of Chinese ballet, Mme. Feng Ying started a project of the Workshop to experiment new choreographies and stage designs, which was widely acclaimed in the dance community。
