　　新浪娱乐讯 今日(7月2日)，知名歌星韦唯通过新浪娱乐发表律师声明，就日前被曝遭瑞典税务机构指控漏交个人所得税一事做出澄清。以下为声明原文：

　　韦唯在瑞典税务状况

　　瑞典法院驳回了瑞典税局关于冻结韦唯在瑞典财产的请求(因指控缺乏有形证据)。在瑞典税局对韦唯的试听过程中，韦唯是否应被纳入征收对象尚属未决问题，此情况本人(律师)已于2008年向税局说明，同时也向税局说明了她在瑞典的私人财产状况。韦唯意在遵从税务并促进解决。

　　Regarding Wei Wei’s tax situation in Sweden 

　　The County Administrative Court in Sweden has rejected the Tax Agency’s request to freeze Wei Wei’s assets, citing the fact that its estimates were based on “information from the internet and the media”. 

　　Wei Wei’s is audited by the Swedish tax authority. Wei Wei’s position as not a taxable person in Sweden is still pending. Her situation has been explained in a letter to the tax authority in December 2008. In the same letter it was also explained her personal situation in respect of her assets in Sweden. Wei Wei’s intention is to comply with the tax authority’s audit to solve the tax issues in a strait forward manner.
