　　耶和威德-卡普林斯基

　　耶和威德-卡普林斯基是纽约朱利亚音乐学院钢琴系主任，她在华盛顿参加了国际巴赫比赛获奖后开始了她的艺术生涯。生于以色列，她先在特拉维夫音乐学院师从I-维恩彩，后得到朱利亚音乐学院奖学金，师从I-弗劳以德里西教授。在朱利亚，她取得了硕士和博士学位及一些奖励，后来她又跟桃布曼教授进修。

　　作为独奏家和室内乐演奏家，她在美国进行了广泛的演出，包括在纽约，费城，芝加哥和华盛顿。凭着她对钢琴艺术的造诣和对钢琴技巧独到的见解，她赢得了国内外广泛的声誉，经常应邀在美国，以色列和亚洲举行大师班课。

　　她曾在皮柏蒂音乐学院，曼哈顿音乐学院钢琴系任教，1993年以来，在朱利亚音乐学院教钢琴。她经常参加一些音乐节，举办大师班课，她还担任重大国际钢琴比赛评委，如近年来在克里夫兰，鲁宾斯坦，克莱本，柴科夫斯基和中国北京。

　　Yoheved Kaplinsky

　　Yoheved Kaplinsky is currently the Chairperson of the Piano Department at the Juilliard School in New York. She began her musical career as a prizewinner in the J.S. Bach International Competition in Washington, D.C. A native of Israel, she studied with Ilona Vincze at the Tel Aviv Music Academy before entering the Juilliard School as a scholarship student of Irwin Freundlich. She holds a Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Juilliard, as well as awards for scholastic and pianistic achievements. She continued her studies with Dorothy Taubman in New York.

　　Ms. Kalinsky has appeared throughout the United States as a recitalist, in chamber music concerts and with orchestras, including performances in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Noted for her insight and understanding of piano technique, Ms. Kaplinsky has been in great demand for lectures and master classes in the U.S., Israel and the Far East.

　　She has served on the faculties of the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore and the Manhattan School of Music, and has been a member of the Juilliard piano faculty since 1993. She also teaches regularly at various summer festivals, including the Bowdoin Summer Music Festival in Maine, the Tel Hai International Master classes in Israel, the Texas Conservatory for Young Artists, the Cliburn Institute and Pianofest in Long Island, New York. Ms. Kaplinsky frequently adjudicates in international competitions, most recently the Cleveland, the Rubinstein, the Cliburn, the Tchaikovsky, and the China Competitions.
