早年经历
戴米恩·刘易斯生于伦敦，小时候就读于伊顿公学，之后进入Guildhall School学习音乐和戏剧。毕业后，他加入英国剧院协会，从1993-1998年间，演出了大量的戏剧，主要是在皇家莎士比亚公司。
他最著名的作品是在电视剧《兄弟连》中饰演美国二战英雄Winters连长，和在《国土安全》第一季、第二季、第三季中刻画了Nicholas Brody，因此得到金球奖提名。
