In 1999, she joined the National Ballet of China after graduating from the Beijing Dance Academy. During her training, she danced the role of Odette/Odilr in Swan Lake. In 1997, she won First Prize of Junior at China Tao Li Cup Dance Competition. She has also performed in solo roles in Swan Lake and Don Quixote.She dances the first wife,second wife in Raise the Red Lantern.
