早年经历
1995年高中毕业之前，莎拉就出演了多部影视剧，包括电影《City Boy》和系列剧《罗斯安家庭生活》以及《Robin of Locksley》。系列剧《罗斯安家庭生活》持续到1998年。
演艺经历
1996年她主演了《Robin of Locksley》和《 Stand Against Fear》在《Stand Against Fear》中她扮演了啦啦队队长“Krista Wilson”。在系列剧Roseanne结束后一年也就是1998年她被邀请出演系列剧《Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy》，这部剧集来自莎拉参演的同名电影。2001年《实习医生风云》
