　　故事梗概

　　80后职场女性佟振宝与中学同学孟岩黎青梅竹马。结婚六年之后，不可避免的遇到了情感危机。全球经济危机，孟岩黎遭遇裁员。裁他的是中国区大总王杰瑞。王杰瑞深爱佟振宝，而振宝的同学王世红正是王杰瑞的妻子。成为“宅男”的孟岩黎，与90后非主流女孩网名“小裁缝”相见，情欲像致命的病毒一样在每个人的心中弥散开来……

　　夫妻的争吵、事业的压力、生活的碰撞、生存的挣扎，同时冲击着每个人的抉择。抉择的艰难而痛苦，残酷而无情。

　　虽然，新版《红玫瑰与白玫瑰》众人的性别、生活的时代与1944年代张爱玲小姐的小说截然不同，但故事仍不可避免的按着《红玫瑰与白玫瑰》所写的那样，情欲与爱情，家里与家外，成长与麻木，刺激与妥协的正常发生了……

　　Synopsis

　　<Red Rose and White Rose(2010)> is based on a shortstory written by a Chinese female writer in 1940s.The story was brought intomodern times and exchanged the genders of the main roles。

　　Divided into two symmetrical parts: on the left stage is theboring husband in Beijing, on the right is thehot lover in Shanghai.A longitudinal aisle in the middle dividing the stage is like a narrow cabin.The heroine Tong is a very busy white-collar, flying between Beijingand Shanghaiall the time. The one on the left represents the marrigement  in the present tense and the one on the rightrepresents the passion in the past tense. The stories on two sides happenedbefore and after 7 years but on the stage they are in the same space-time. Whenthe stories in the present and in the past happen in the same time, theconflicts rises。

　　The main role Tong is played by two actresses. Like aperson's two sides, one represents the desire, adventurous side, like a redrose while the other represents the realistic 

　　and coolheaded side like a white rose。

　　Tong is facing her marrige crisis. She finds her husband hasa love affair with a young girl stealthily. She doesn't love her husband butshe still can't bear it. She feels angry and aggrieved so she begins to missJerry Wong, a lover like a red rose。
