1、The jury shall propose in earnest the authoritative and representative list of surveyed performers and directors for qualification examination for the proposed session;
2、The jury shall seriously read relevant information of the nominated performer, director and anchor person, carefully listen to, review and analyze each nominated performer and vote in an independent and just way。
3、The jury shall be responsible for review meetings of “World Top 10 Performers of Public Images” and “Annual Global Top Honor of Achievement” and other special review meetings。
4、There shall be one secretary general in the jury, who is responsible to push forward the survey and meeting affairs, carry out performance evaluation of the judges and provide services to the judges. Under the secretary general there shall be professional consultation committees for film and TV, singing and dancing and four functional departments。
Chapter 4 Survey and review procedure
Article 16 Announcement of the survey results is divided into two stages: release of independent national sublists and announcement of global all-time list。
1、Release of the national sublist shall be organized by the designated professional survey agency, who shall obtain the satisfaction index of each line of business by summarization and analysis of such indices as moral cultivation, professional attainment, public behavior, social influence and commercial value with the research model。
3、Announcement of the global all-time list shall be conducted in accordance with following procedure: summarization of the satisfaction index of dancing, film and TV and director and announcement of the all-time list. Top ten and last ten on the all-time list shall be the highlighted reporting by media in the course of announcement。
Article 17 Review of Annual Global Top Achievement”
Actor and actress with total scores ranking first respectively in the annual Huading Award Satisfaction Survey will be nominated as the candidates of “Huading Award of Annual Global Honor of Top Achievement”， who, after having been adopted by the jury panel of Huading Award Global Satisfaction Survey, will be presented with awards to reflect their contributions。
Article 18 Review of World Top Performer of Public Image
1、Nomination conditions for World Top Performer of Public Image
(1)Peaceful, disciplined and honest;
(2)Top ten on sublist of satisfaction survey in China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Japan and Korea;
(3)Helpful, contributable, commitment to social services, initiative in attending international public benefit activities;
(4)Integrity, preciseness, physical and mental health;
(5)Dedication, solid basic skills of performing, good ability of expression and performance as well as outstanding comprehensive quality;
(6)Encourage positive and effective innovations and encourage the talents to show themselves;
(7)Volunteer to assist in disseminating Declaration on Self-discipline of Social Responsibility by Global Performing Celebrities。
2、After announcement of all the survey results shown on the all-time list, it will enter the review stage of World Top Performer of Public Image. The specific date of review shall be subject to discussions of the jury prior to one week of award ceremony。
3、In the event of any disputes, the board of management shall be entitled to maintain the honor till settlement of disputes.
4、In the event that some performers hold the line, an additional round of voting shall be conducted for the said performers. Priority selection and weighted average system shall be adopted for all the voting ballots among the nominating votes。
5、The jury shall be free of any restraint and interference of human factors. Candidates can be selected only after they have obtained affirmative votes of two thirds of all the judges of the jury。
Article 19 Release of survey results
1、July 8th, 2009, release of public image satisfaction index of American performers;
2、July 20th, 2009, release of public image satisfaction index of British performers;
3、August 1st, 2009, release of public image satisfaction index of French performers;
4、August 17th, 2009, release of public image satisfaction index of Japanese performers;
5、January 13th, 2010, release of commercial value satisfaction index of global performing celebrities;
6、January 18th, 2010, announcement of public image satisfaction index of global performing celebrities。
Article 20 Achievements of survey and research
Lansion International Survey Agency will invite statistical and analytical professionals to prepare White Book of Satisfaction Survey on Public Image of Global Performing Celebrities 2009 and Statement of Commercial Value of Global Performing Celebrities 2009 on the basis of the survey results. Meanwhile, Lansion International Survey Agency will release Report on Individual Commercial Value of top one and last five on the all-time list and sublist of each country。
Chapter 5 Awarding and discussions
Article 21 The awarding ceremony will be held in an evening of the last third of March 2010, accompanied by awarding workshop for summary of the appraisal by experts。
Article 22 Huading Award is only presented to performers respected by the consumers and ordinary people participated in voting. No resistance factor is involved in the award and authorized receipt of awards is not permitted。
Article 23 Winner of honor will be granted with certificate and cup or medal by the research team for Satisfaction Survey on Public Image of Global Performing Celebrities。
Article 24 The distinguished guest to present the awards in the evening ceremony shall have good public image and can be undertaken by the judges or public figures on invitation of the jury.
Article 25 Huading Award satisfaction survey is non-profitable. Spending for survey, appraisal, awarding, comments and workshops is supported by Huading Artist Funds, with the deficiency to be raised by Global Talents。
Article 26 Huading Award presentation rebroadcasting fee。
Article 27 In the event of any sponsorship, subject to approval of Huading Award Satisfaction Survey Jury, title sponsorship cups can be arranged, or the sponsorship unit can be taken as the strategic partner。
Chapter 7 Supplementary articles
Article 28 The detailed rules and their implementation, including public announcement of the appraisal results and other relevant information will be released, inquired and verified at the official website of Huading Award Satisfaction Survey and other corresponding specialized websites.
Article 29 The detailed rules shall be construed by Huading Award Satisfaction Survey Jury.
